You can delete Products you no longer need or archive Components you no longer actively use.

How to Delete Products
If you have Products in your Catalog that you no longer need, you can delete them.
Navigate to Catalog and select Products.
Find and open the Product you want to delete.
Select the Delete option.
Review the confirmation message.
Confirm that you want to delete the Product.
Once deleted, the Product is removed from your Catalog list and search results.
How to Archive Components or Products
If you have Components or Products that you no longer need or use, you can archive them to keep your Catalog organized.
Navigate to Catalog and select Components/Products
Find the Component/Product you no longer need.
Select the Archive option.
Review and confirm
Archiving keeps the Component record rather than deleting it, helping protect existing event information while allowing you to organize your active Catalog.
How to Bulk Delete or Archive Products & Components
Need to clean up multiple items in your Catalog? You can select multiple Products or Components and manage them all at once!
Navigate to Catalog and open either the Products or Components page.
Use the checkbox beside each item to select the ones you want to manage.
Once selected, an action bar will appear showing the number of items you've selected.
Choose the appropriate action:
Products: Click the Trash Can icon to bulk delete the selected Products.
Components: Click the Archive icon to bulk archive the selected Components.
Review and confirm the action if prompted.
