Written Instructions
The filter function can be found all throughout the Curate application. The options listed within the filter section will be different based on the page you're using. Also it's possible to use more than one filter at a time if needed. In this example we will focus on the Filter from the Projects page as it contains all options.
To get started, click on the Filter icon to view the list of options.
โ
Let's breakdown the list of options!
Tags
This will display a list of your project tags. By selecting an option from this list, only the project with the specific project tag will be displayed. To manage all of your project tags you may visit the Tag Manager page. If you would like to add a tag to a project you can do so by clicking the Tag button on the Projects Page, scroll to the Project name and click the Add Tag button.
Status
Using the Status Filter will allow you to only see a list of Projects with the status options that you have selected.
Project Date
Using the Date Filter will allow you to select a date range and view only the projects that are set to start during that time frame.
Owner
This is a useful filter if you have more than one user in the system as it will allow you to only see the projects owned by the selected user account.
Archived
Using the Show Archived option will only display the projects that have been archived in the system.
Applying Filters
Before leaving the Filters area, don't forget to click the Apply button at the bottom!

How to remove filters
The Filters function will save your settings locally to your computer so it's possible to navigate away, come back and the same filters will be in place. If you would like to go back to the default view, we have a Clear all link above the Filters section, as well as inside the filter menu. Click that link to go back to the default view. Remember to click on Apply after that if you clear the filters from inside the filter menu.
