What are Catalog Packages?

Packages allow you to bundle multiple products together into a single item. If you frequently sell the same items together (like a "Bridal Party Floral Package" or a "Standard Table Setting Package"), building a package in your Catalog saves you from having to search and add those products one by one to every new project.

How to Create a Package

  1. Navigate to your Packages: Head to your Catalog page and click on the Packages tab. Here, you will see your entire list of existing packages. You can use the search bar or tags to filter this list.

  2. Start a new package: Click the Create Package button in the top corner.

  3. Fill in the details:

    1. Name: Give your package a clear, recognizable name (e.g., "Silver Wedding Package").

    2. Tags: Add relevant tags to make it easy to filter and find later.

    3. Products: Use the dropdown menu to search your Catalog and select all the individual products that should be included in this bundle.

  4. Save: Click Save to finish your package to add it to your Catalog.

Managing and Editing Packages

Need to update the items in a bundle or remove an old one?

  • To edit: Simply click anywhere on an existing package row to open the edit slide-out. From here, you can rename the package, update its tags, or add/remove products.

  • To archive or delete: Click the Settings (gear) icon on the right-hand side of the package row. From the dropdown menu, select Archive to hide it from your active list, or Delete to remove it completely.

How to Add a Package to an Order

Once your packages are built, you can easily drop them into your projects to speed up your workflow. Here is how:

  1. Navigate to Orders: Open your Project and head over to the Orders tab.

  2. Open the Catalog: You have two quick ways to pull up your catalog items:

    • Click + Add Line Item, then click the Search button.

    • Or, simply click Import from Catalog.

  3. Search for your Package: Type the name of the package into the search bar.

  4. Add it to your Project: Click on the package to add it. All the individual products tied to that bundle will instantly populate into your order.

💡 Tip: You can easily spot packages in your search results by looking for the distinct package icon next to the item name!
