Click the "More" dropdown menu and select the Staffmate option to start the process.
What Information Syncs?
The integration allows Curate to send project details to Staffmate so you can assign staff and track hours within their system.
Curate sends the following data to Staffmate:
Project name.
Project date.
Start and end times.
Venue or location.
Description and production notes.
Invoice total (including updates like guest counts).
Staffing position mapping from Curate to Staffmate.
How Syncing Works
The connection between Curate and Staffmate is designed as a one-way sync from Curate to Staffmate.
Staffmate will serve as your main staffing system.
Any changes made directly on the Staffmate side will not carry back over to Curate.
You can sync projects from Curate to Staffmate as many times as you want. If event details change (such as a date or timeframe update), simply re-sync the project from Curate to update Staffmate.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does the project stage matter when syncing?
No, the project stage does not matter. The system will successfully send the project over whether the stage is marked as Booked, Created, or any custom stage name you have configured.
What if a feature isn't working or I need a new capability?
We are always looking for feedback. You can submit feature requests or ask questions by accessing the Help section in the bottom corner of Curate and starting a chat. You can also search "feature request" in the Help Center for a guide on how to submit ideas to our team.
