Description

The Event Properties can be very helpful when creating an event in Curate! Once a form has been filled out with the customers information, you can use that to create an event from a pre-built template or to merge with a current event. Learn more about Forms here.

Within the Event Properties, the properties are ordered alphabetically, which sometimes does not follow your normal flow of creating proposals. Good news though: they can be ordered! Watch this short video showing how to get your event properties to show in a desired order within that side panel.

How-to

  1. Go to the Forms tab

2. Choose Forms at the top

3. In the right hand panel, make sure that you're on the Event properties and hit the gear icon of the property that you would like to edit.

4. Within the popup, click into the text field and add the number in front noting the order that you would like it to show in the Event Properties. Click save.

5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 until you have numbered all desired properties.

Extra Notes:

  1. These numbers will not show in the client facing version of your form.

  2. Pre-set tokens will still work with the renamed properties.

  3. You're doing a great job :D Thanks for making it to the end of this article.
