Create an Event from a Form Submission

Learn how to create an event proposal right from a client form submission from your website or social media page!

Description

Forms are such a powerful tool for client communication! If you have a questionnaire or form on your website, social media, etc. you can create that same form within Curate and have the client contact information extracted directly into your event proposal.

This video will walk you through how to take a form submission from a client and make an event proposal from that information. All information, whether client or event related, will be transferred directly into your proposal!

How-To:

  1. Select Form from the left side

  2. Click on bolded Customer Name to open the form submission

  3. Select drop down arrow to choose template or blank event

  4. Fill in Event Name

  5. Save!

You can access the form information from either the Customer tab on the left side of the screen, or within the hamburger icon of the proposal and 'Event Properties'
