You can make commonly placed orders easier by create templates for your orders section!

How to create an Order Template

Save frequently used order sections and products as an Order Template so you can reuse them across projects.

  1. Open Templates from the left sidebar.

  2. Click + New template in the top-right corner, then select Order template.

  3. Enter a Template Name that makes the template easy to recognize later.

  4. Build your first section:

    • Section Name: Give the section a clear name, such as Flowers, Food, or Beverages.

    • Description: Add details about what the section includes.

    • Images: Add photos from your media library or upload new ones.

  5. Use Add products to open the Product Catalog slideout. Browse or search for products, then review their descriptions and images to choose the right items. You can select multiple products before adding them to the section.

  6. To include another section, click + Add Section and add its details and products.

    • Use the section controls to move sections up or down, or remove sections you no longer need.

  7. When you’re finished, click Create in the top-right corner to save your template.

Your saved Order Template is ready to add to a project.

📌You can also include Rental items in your Order Templates alongside products, so your reusable templates contain the rental equipment needed for the order.

How do I add Order Templates to a project?

You can add one or more Order Templates to the same project, making it easier to build an order from your saved templates.

  1. Open the Project where you want to use your templates.

  2. In the Workroom, select Order from the left sidebar.

  3. Click the dropdown arrow beside + Add section in the top-right corner.

  4. Select Order Templates.

  5. In the window that opens, select the template or templates you want to add.

  6. Review the application order shown below the template list. Templates are added in the same order you select them.

  7. Click Apply and wait for the templates to finish applying. You can follow the progress in the window.

Once the templates have been added, you can edit the order to suit this project. You can also return to Order Templates to add more templates later.

Note: Changes you make within the project do not change the saved Order Template. To update the reusable template, edit it on the Templates page.
