Templates are a great way to save time and effort! Learn how to use Templates throughout your proposal.


Proposal Section Templates

You can build templates for your Orders, Payment and Contract sections to pull preset information into your proposal with a few easy steps!

Creating a Template

  • Templates must first be created from the Templates page.
    👉 Go to Templates


Order Section Template

Order Section templates let you quickly add predefined sections and items to an Order.

Apply an Order Section Template

  1. Open the event you’re working on.

  2. Navigate to the Orders tab.

  3. In the top right corner, click Templates.

  4. Select one of your created Order Section templates.

The selected template will load directly into the Orders tab.

📌 Important: Applying an Order Section template does not replace any existing sections or items. Instead, it adds the sections and items from the template to your current Order.


Payment Section Template

Payment Section templates help standardize payment schedules and structures across events.

Apply a Payment Section Template

  1. Open the event you’re working on.

  2. Navigate to the Payments tab.

  3. In the top right corner, click Templates.

  4. Select and apply your created Payment Section template.


Contract Section Template

Contract templates allow you to reuse contract language across events.

Apply a Contract Template

  1. Open the event you’re working on.

  2. Navigate to the Contracts tab.

  3. Click the “+” icon.

  4. Enter a name for the contract and select a template from the Template dropdown menu.

  5. Click Continue to apply the template.

The template content will load into the Contract tab for review and editing.
