Cover & Inspiration Boards

Build out the cover and inspiration board of your proposal!

You can now choose from multiple Cover and Inspiration Board layouts to customize your proposals and create a visually engaging introduction for your clients.

These layouts are typically used as headers or introduction pages to your proposals.


How to Add a Cover or Inspiration Board

  1. Open your Proposal.

  2. On the right-side panel, locate the Table of Contents.

  3. Click + Add Content.

  4. Select the Cover or Inspiration Board layout you would like to Add to Proposal.

  5. The new section will be added to your proposal, where you can begin customizing it.


Editing Covers & Inspiration Boards

You can open the Edit Section Panel for any Cover or Inspiration Board in two ways:

  • Double-click on the section you want to edit, or

  • Click the pencil icon located in the top-right corner of the section.

Both actions will open the Edit Section Panel, where you can customize images, text, colors, and layout settings depending on the selected cover or board type.


Working With Images in Covers & Boards

The following features apply to all Cover and Inspiration Board types.

Add Images

You can add images in two ways:

Option 1: Drag & Drop

  • You can drag images directly into your proposal.

  • This works from external websites such as Pinterest, your computer, or other sources.

Option 2: Select from Media Library

  • Click + Select Image.

  • This opens your Media Library.

  • You can select one or multiple images depending on the number of image slots available.

  • Hover over an image inside the Media Library.

  • Click the checkbox in the top-left corner.

  • Select as many images as needed.

  • Click Add Selected to insert them.

Reordering Images

  • Images can be rearranged by dragging them up or down within the Edit Section Panel.

  • Some layouts also allow dragging images directly within the preview.

Manage Images (Remove or View)

  • Hover over an image to reveal available actions.

  • Click the X icon in the top-right corner to remove the image.

  • In supported layouts, you may also have the option to view the image in Large Mode for a closer look


Cover Types


Cover – Inspiration

A collage-style cover that includes your logo and a curated color palette to inspire your client.

Editable Elements

Within the Edit Section Panel, you can:

  • Update the Header text

  • Update the Subtitle text

  • Upload up to 3 images

  • Upload 1 logo image

  • Enable the Color Palette Toggle

    • Add up to 4 colors to showcase your palette

Image Controls

  • Images can be rearranged within the Edit Panel.

  • Images can be dragged into position within the section.

  • Hovering over an image allows you to:

    • Delete the image

    • View the image in Large Mode

Cover – Minimalist


​A simple and clean proposal cover featuring your logo.

Editable Elements

Within the Edit Section Panel, you can:

  • Update the Header text

  • Update the Subtitle text

  • Edit Text Line One

  • Edit Text Line Two

  • Toggle Show Logo

  • Upload 1 logo image

Image Controls

  • Drag and drop images within the Edit Panel or section.

  • Hover over the logo to delete it using the X icon.

Professional, minimal branding-focused proposals.


Cover – Sprout


​A banner-style cover that features a background image and optional logo.

Editable Elements

Within the Edit Section Panel, you can:

  • Update the Header text
    ​(Note: This text is not visible in the proposal.)

  • Toggle Show Logo

  • Upload 1 logo image

  • Upload 1 background image

Image Controls

  • Drag and drop images within the Edit Panel or section preview.


Cover – Brilliance


​A multi-row image layout featuring a header and subtitle placed between image rows.

Editable Elements

Within the Edit Section Panel, you can:

  • Update the Header text

  • Update the Subtitle text

  • Upload:

    • 1 image for the Top Row

    • 2 images for the Middle Row

    • 3 images for the Bottom Row

The Header and Subtitle appear between the Top Row and Middle Row images.

Image Controls

  • Images can be rearranged within the Edit Panel.

  • Drag and drop is supported within the section preview.


Cover – Excellence

A bold collage-style layout featuring multiple images and a logo, with text displayed at the bottom.

Editable Elements

Within the Edit Section Panel, you can:

  • Update the Header text

  • Update the Subtitle text

  • Toggle Show Floral Background Image

  • Upload:

    • 1 logo image

    • 3 images for the Top Row

    • 3 images for the Bottom Row

Image Controls

  • Images can be rearranged using drag and drop within the Edit Panel or section preview.


Inspiration Board Types


Inspiration Board – Masonry Grid Board


​A responsive, staggered grid that dynamically adjusts to fit the screen, creating a seamless, gapless design.

Editable Elements

Within the Edit Section Panel, you can:

  • Enable and edit the Header

  • Enable the Color Palette Toggle

    • Add up to 6 colors

  • Adjust the Number of Columns

    • Choose between 3 or 4 columns

  • Upload up to 50 images

Image Controls

  • Images can be rearranged by dragging them up or down within the Edit Panel.

  • Images can also be rearranged directly within the Portal View.

  • Drag & Drop from external sources can only be done within the Edit Panel.

  • Hover over an image to:

    • Remove the image using the X icon

    • View the image in Large Mode

Inspiration Board & Color Palette


​A combined color palette and collage-style inspiration board designed to make your proposal visually stand out.

Editable Elements

Within the Edit Section Panel, you can:

  • Enable and edit the Header

  • Upload up to 6 images

  • Enable the Color Palette Toggle

    • Add up to 6 colors

Image Controls

  • Images can be rearranged by dragging them up or down within the Edit Panel.

  • Drag & Drop is supported within:

    • The Edit Panel

    • The Portal View

  • Hover over an image to:

    • Remove the image using the X icon

    • View the image in Large Mode

Presenting both inspiration images and brand colors in a single cohesive layout.

You can add multiple Covers and Inspiration Boards within the same proposal to guide your client through different themes or design directions.
