PDF Uploads

Clients often send over lengthy event briefs, venue guidelines, or design proposals in PDF format. You can upload these directly into the AI Assist chat.

  • Quick Data Extraction: Ask the AI to pull out specific details like timelines, dietary restrictions, or equipment requirements from a multi-page document.

  • Drafting Responses: Feed a client's PDF questionnaire into the chat and ask the AI to draft a customized email response or project proposal based on their answers.

Image Upload Support (New!)

AI Assist can now see! You are no longer limited to text-based prompts. By uploading visual content, you give the AI a deeper understanding of your client's vision.

  • Visual Context: Upload inspiration photos, mood boards, or sketches directly into the AI Assist window.

  • Element Identification: The AI can analyze the visual content to identify specific elements such as naming the types of flowers in a bouquet, describing a color palette, or recognizing specific rental furniture styles.

  • Enhanced Prompting: Combine an image upload with a text prompt to ask highly specific questions, such as, "What would be a cost-effective alternative to the centerpiece shown in this photo?"

PDF/Image Upload Import into Projects

This is where AI Assist directly accelerates your workflow. Once the AI has reviewed a PDF or analyzed an uploaded image, it doesn't just give you a text summary it translates those details into action. The AI will attempt to match extracted items to your saved Curate catalog. If a matching item doesn't exist, the AI will automatically create an "ad-hoc" item (an item generated for the proposal but not yet permanently saved to your catalog). It will then organize everything into sections and import it directly into your project proposal.

  • Importing from Images: Upload an inspiration photo and ask the AI to identify the elements (like specific floral stems, vases, or rental chairs). The AI will match what it can to your catalog, create ad-hoc items for anything missing, generate appropriate sections, and instantly create the product line items directly within your working proposal.

  • Importing from Documents: Upload a document, such as an order form, vendor estimate, or detailed event spec sheet. The AI will extract all the listed items, match them against your catalog (or create ad-hoc items for missing ones), generate appropriate sections, and populate your proposal line items automatically.

šŸ’” Example Prompt: Image Import & Section Generation To use this, click the teal sparkle icon to open AI Assist within your project work room, upload your client's inspiration image, and type:

"Analyze this inspiration photo and identify the primary flowers and hard goods used. Then, match those to the closest available products in my Curate catalog, organize them into a 'Bridal Bouquet' section, and import them as product line items into this project proposal."
