Workflow for obtaining end user text messaging consent:
End users who have not opted-in or have opted-out who have a valid email and phone number listed will have a 'Request SMS opt-in' button displayed under their phone number as demonstrated here:
End users are then sent an email asking them to voluntarily opt-in as demonstrated here:
End users receive the opt-in email and opt-in by following the instructions enclosed in the email as demonstrated here:
