Have you ever wondered what's the total of a particular item among all the recipes in your proposal? Or how would your proposal look without pricing or the contract? These and many other abilities are possible thanks to the hamburger menu! That's right, that three-lined icon at the top right of your proposal. There, you'll find a whole lot of different views and versions of your proposal!

  • Shopping List:

The list of all the items needed within your proposal. Here you'll see how many items you need to buy from your vendors. You may also even edit their quantities and replace either of them with any other item.

  • Rentals List:

Very similar to the Shopping List, with the addition of a tool that keeps track of the number of days that you rent your items for.

  • Recipe Sheet:

A breakdown of all the recipes included in your proposal. Here you may also assign each recipe to a team member in particular.

  • Event Breakdown:

This will allow you to take a look at important numbers linked to the proposal, such as cost, labor, tax, and profit.

  • Print Overview:

A compact view of the proposal in many different formats, such as invoice, menu, or pack list.

  • Invoice Version:

Based on the live version of the proposal.

  • Mail Version:

Its main purpose is to enable you to send the proposal to your client.

  • Customize View:

It allows you to create custom views of the proposal, hiding whichever element becomes irrelevant at the moment.

  • Create Version PDF

It creates PDF file of the current live version of the proposal.

  • Create PDF (No Pricing)

Just like the one above, but hiding pricing.

  • Event Properties:

These reflect specific information related to the event, such as relevant times and the number of guests. Whatever you'd like to add!
