Learn to sync your events with Nowsta to manage staffing your events

Curate allows you to sync your events and proposals to Nowsta, which further allows you to assign staff, track hours, and more. A Curate Established subscription is required to benefit from the integration.

How-To Sync Events

  1. Mark the Event Stage as Booked Once You Are Ready to Sync

  2. Visit the Reports Tab

  3. Set a Time Period with the events you want to sync with Nowsta

  4. Run Report

  5. Sync with Nowsta on the far right of the event


Information Synced with Nowsta

  • Event Name

  • Event Date

  • Event Invoice Total

  • Event Private Notes (in the Admin section of the Proposal Workroom)

  • Main Event Venues

  • Event Customers
