How-to

  1. Go to Settings/Integrations within your Curate account.

  2. Choose Link My Square Account (or whichever account you'd like to link).

  3. Login using your account credentials.

    1. In this step, you could also create an account.

Extra Notes/Troubleshooting

  1. Not seeing the "Link My Square Account" button?

    1. Make sure that you have a physical address entered on the main Settings page. Square is available for US, Canada, Japan, Australia, or the United Kingdom.

  2. Your customer does not have the option to pay in their proposal?

    1. Check if you have this workflow enabled.

If so, ensure that the customer has signed the proposal and you have signed the same version of the proposal. You'll be able to tell in the Version dropdown where it will show "(signed)" next to the version, like this

  3. If you (or your customers) require a countersignature on your proposals, the two workflows pictured above work beautifully together! Learn more about Workflows here.
