In this video, we'll show you how you may add and edit the contract section on your proposals!

Video Tutorial:

Key Points:

  • You can copy and paste your business contract into your Curate Proposals. We do recommend doing this to your Templates so the contract is there for every event.

  • We recommend using the personalization tokens, this allows the Contract to have the names and dates no matter what changes.

    • Clicking apply personalization replaces the token with the information. This is not required for that information to show to your client and we do not recommend applying incase you were to ever change the event information or duplicate the event.

  • When your client signs the proposal that signature stays with that published version of the proposal. Any modifications to the proposal that require republishing the proposal would need your clients signature to be legally binding.
