Are you wondering how does your beautiful proposal look on your client's end? Or are you trying to countersign it, and the workroom doesn't seem to allow you so? This video will show the various ways that a Curate user may access the public link of a proposal.

There are three different ways that one may access a proposal's public link:

  • Within the events dashboard, you'll see a link icon on the left side of each proposal. Click on there to directly copy the URL on your clipboard, which will immediately allow you to paste it on your browser's address bar and access it right away.

  • A very similar process happens when you access the same link from the workroom. You'll just want to access the mail version of the proposal after opening the hamburger menu on the top right. Instead of proceeding to email it, click on "proposal link" at the bottom. From then on, you'll just want to go on and paste the URL on your browser as shown above.

  • Another way to access the public link is simply by opening the email that you sent to your client with the proposal. There you'll see a "view proposal" button, just as your client will when opening the same email. Click on it to open the proposal's public link in a new tab.

Since we are on the topic of viewing or signing proposals from your client's end, you might be wondering, "how do I edit the contract section on my proposals?". Here is an article that might be of help with that!
