This video will show you how to change the state of a line item from live to possibilities. Moving a Line Item into Possibilities means that the cost of this will no longer show in the Total. The recipes will now show in your shopping lists, or anywhere else! This is a great way to insure that you are maximizing profitability in each Event without your Client feeling pressured.
How To:
Click on the wrench tool at the top left of the line item in question
Select the possibilities state from the drop down Menu
The possibilities state will make that line item visible to your clients for them to confirm whether they'd like it added as live.
