Accessing Project Prints

To access the project prints you have two options.

Project Prints for a single project: Click into the project in question and click on the ... box as seen below. Select View Project Prints from the dropdown

Project Prints for more than one project:

Select the project or projects in question by checking the box next to each of them on the projects page. Then click on "Project Actions" at the top right to activate a dropdown menu. Select "Build project prints".

Project Prints Options

Once the page has loaded, you'll have a number of different options to select from:

  • Project Overview: this will allow you to take a look at important numbers linked to the proposal, such as cost, labor, tax, and profit.

  • Invoice: an invoice version of your proposal.

  • Pack List: don't let yourself or your staff miss anything!

  • Recipe Sheet: it shows an overview of all the recipes contained in your proposal.

  • Your Custom Print Types: You may save any of the above project printout options as it's own option once you've customized the selected fields

Selected Fields

Selected Fields section will allow you to customize each view to show and hide specific elements within the print.

Production Notes in Project Prints

Curate allows you to add production notes to your recipes and line items — and these notes can be included in your Project Prints. Kindly refer to this article to learn more

What are production notes?

Production notes are internal notes you add to line items or products so your team has all the backend information they need for execution. These are internal only and aren’t visible to your customers on proposals.

How production notes appear in Project Prints:

When you build an Project Print, you can toggle production notes within the Selection Field so they show up on the appropriate sections of your printouts.

Printing & PDFs

Once you have the project form ready, click on "Print" at the top right to print it or export it into a PDF file.

The print screen will be based on the browser that you're using. We recommend Google Chrome for Curate. Below is based on Google Chrome's print view:

On the top right of the screen, select "Destination" to view the available options. Please note if your printer is missing from the list, please confirm that it's setup properly through your computer operating system's settings. "Save as PDF" is listed within this dropdown as well.

If you encounter any issues with the printing or saving to PDF, please review your "More settings" section.

Sidenote: When creating a PDF of the proposal the times listed under "Dates & Locations" show in Eastern time.
