Curate Classic

Create an email template for the mass email you'd like to send!

1. Settings-&gt;Email Templates
2. Create a new template.
3. Name it accordingly, create the subject and body of the email, personalize with photos, font size, alignment, etc. 


Click the Customer dashboard from your left menu; organize how you'd prefer using the column titles at the top of your customer list. 

1. Click and drag until all customers in your list are highlighted.
2. Copy using your right click or keyboard shortcut.
   
    

1. Select separate by COMMA.
2. Paste the customer list that you copied from your dashboard into the left box.
3. Press ENTER and the extracted emails will populate in the right box, separated by commas. 
4. Copy the contents of the right box using your right click or keyboard shortcut.

Return to your customer dashboard in Curate!

1. Click +New Customer
2. Enter just the first and last name as your preferred variation of "Mass Email List"
3. Save
   
    

Find the "Mass Email List" profile using the search bar

1. Click the envelope icon 

2. Select the email template you created in Step 1
3. Paste the list of email addresses separated by commas that you copied in Step 3 in the recipient field. 
4. Click SEND

3. Visit
 Hey Tools- Email Extractor
 1. Select separate by COMMA.
 2. Paste the customer list that you copied from your dashboard into the left box.
 3. Press ENTER and the extracted emails will populate in the right box, separated by commas. 
 4. Copy the contents of the right box using your right click or keyboard shortcut.
 
 
4. Return to your customer dashboard in Curate!
 1. Click +New Customer
 2. Enter just the first and last name as your preferred variation of "Mass Email List"
 3. Save
 
 
5. Find the "Mass Email List" profile using the search bar
 1. Click the envelope icon 
 
 2. Select the email template you created in Step 1
