Everyone needs help! If you get stuck, don't stay stuck :) We're more than happy to step in! There's a few different ways to get your questions answered:


Curate Help Center

Like guides that you can follow, videos that are specific to what you're looking for, or need help outside of chat hours? The Help Center is the place to go! We've got over 100 articles to answer your questions about using Curate.

Be sure to use the search bar at the top with key words to find anything that may be related.

As a short cut, you can also access it via the Messenger box in your account.

Can't find what you're looking for? Reach out to us via chat, even if it's outside of normal chat hours and we'll follow up when we've returned.

👉 Be sure to let us know that you couldn't find an article to answer your question so that we can make one!


Live Chat Support

Chat support with our Curate Experts is definitely the most efficient way of getting assistance within Curate! It's consistently listed as a top reason that people love Curate 😍

When you chat in, our team has several tools they can use to help. To start with, they can see where you are in the system. They have the ability to hop into your account and help you where you are.

Your handy chat bubble is on the bottom left of every page within Curate. Click on the bubble to open the messenger box and click on “Send us a message”. You'll need to set the urgency of your request and then type our your question.

We can show you which help articles you may want to check out or lead you in best practices for using Curate. Our chat hours are 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.

Pro Tip: Even if it's outside of chat hours when you need help (we see you, night owls🦉), send us a message and we'll followup with you when we get in!
