Here are a few questions that you might need an answer to about our Orders add-on.

  • How can I set my delivery availability? I need to be able to take Orders on Sunday and Saturday as well.

You'll want to access your Settings/Orders/E-Commerce tab. Once there, toggle both Saturday and Sunday on your Delivery Availability days.

  • Is there a way to archive orders?

To archive an order, you'll want to make sure that it is marked as "closed" or "void" first. Then, click on the folder icon to archive it.

  • Can I include a delivery fee in my orders?

Under Settings/Orders/E-Commerce tab. you can select a delivery fee!
