Description
If you're just joining Curate or are simply curious how the Mayesh Library can be used, you've found the correct article :D
Most customers will add flowers to their library from the Mayesh library as they are building out recipes in proposals, in lieu of doing a library upload. This way photos will be attached to florals, saving a lot of time when building proposals. It's a huge perk of the system!
You do also have the option of doing this all at once in a recipe in a test proposal as I was showing in the video.

How-to
Go to your Settings tab and ensure that there is a check mark next to the Curate Floral Library.
Go to a recipe within an event.
Click the pencil icon to open the recipe pop-up.
Click the drop down to search for an item that you want to add to your library which has the Mayesh symbol next to it.
If that Mayesh item has already been added to your library, a warning will pop-up to confirm that you do indeed want to add that same item to your library again. Usually, you do not want to add it again, you would just want to edit the current library item.
In the Library item pop-up, confirm the following pieces:
Pricing category
General name of the item
Purchase unit quantity
You can change stems by clicking Advanced at the very bottom of the pop-up box and scrolling just a bit more.
Purchase unit name
Price/stem or price/bunch for default and variations (if it differs).
Photo
Reminder: If there is no photo next to a variation, it will automatically use the photo from Default.
Click Save at the bottom.
Repeat Steps 4-6 for as many items as you would like to add to your recipe or library.
Reminder: Items from the Mayesh Library can only be added from a recipe.
