There are two ways of moving your photos through the media library:
First, you'll want to select the photo or photos that you'd like to move. Then, you may click on them and drag them onto the folder of choice to get them moved there.
You may also click on "Cut" at the top right, then access the folder of choice and click on "Paste" for them to show there.
