Adding a Seat and Assigning the User:

Add a User

  • Settings ---> Users Tab

  • Click "Add More Seats"

    • Each additional user is $35/month or $420/year, depending on your subscription payment plan.

    • The amount will be prorated by the month/year.

    • You can process your payment using your default card on file by selecting "add user seats".

Then click "+New User"

  • Enter the name and email of your new user

  • An invitation email will be sent to the address that you enter, inviting your user to create their username and password with Curate!

Overview of User Permissions:

You can verify whether a user is admin or non-admin by going to your Settings/Users tab. There you'll see a list of all the users who have access to your account along with their admin rights, as well as other information.

Admin users have access to all tabs within the Settings as well as Reports.

Non-admin users will not have access to reports whatsoever and will not have access to make settings or item (library) changes. They can, however, view the notification tab only by selecting "settings".
